Swing dancing is one of the best things you can do for your physical, mental, and emotional health. As it is done in close contact with a partner, and in busy spaces, we highly recommend that you protect yourself from contagious viruses. Additionally, please stay home if you are feeling unwell or suspect that you have been in close contact with others who are ill. (Remember, there are those in our community who are at high risk and others who are caregivers of high risk family members. Let's keep them and their families well, too.)
